About the role

Anfas Real Estate Investments is seeking a confident and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its Baghdad team. The role involves promoting the company’s property projects, engaging with prospective buyers, and representing the brand in marketing content.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
• Present real‑estate projects to potential clients in person and online.
• Conduct sales consultations and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Appear in promotional videos and social‑media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and property launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Fluent Arabic; based in Baghdad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing client data.
