Real Estate Valuations / Business Modeling Analyst 2

About the role

Join EY’s Valuation, Modelling and Economics practice as a Business Modeling Analyst focused on real‑estate valuations. You will work with clients on strategic planning, acquisitions, divestitures and transformation projects, providing quantitative insight into value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial valuations for strategic priorities, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
• Identify and quantify sources of value creation for clients.
• Provide fairness opinions and fair‑value assessments for financial reporting under IFRS.
• Collaborate with management teams during acquisition processes to evaluate intangible and financial assets.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models from scratch, with a focus on real‑estate assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business modelling, valuation or related finance work.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work autonomously.
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards related to fair‑value measurement, business combinations and impairment testing.
• Experience in professional services or a Big 4 environment is preferred.
