Recreational Services Associate

About the role

The Recreational Services Associate supports daily operations of the Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) center and related facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate MWR center, lounge/bar, learning resource center, theater, media center, and information ticket & tours services.
• Perform cashier duties, bartending, and customer service across all venues.
• Handle basic maintenance, cleaning, inventory stocking, and equipment set‑up/break‑down.
• Guide tours, manage special events, and provide complimentary snacks.
• Maintain accurate alcohol sales records and comply with AF, AFCENT, and EFSS procedures.
• Track and issue CAC equipment, ensure safe and sanitary facilities, and transport stocked bottled water.
• Complete required Vectrus and Government training, safeguard government property, and submit precise timesheets.
• Obtain and perform escort duties for the LN workforce as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and inventory protocols.
• Capability to obtain an escort badge and adhere to related regulations.
• Reliability in completing mandatory training and reporting requirements.
