Regional AI & Technology Sales Manager – Levant & Egypt

About the role

Hamsa, a voice AI platform built for Arabic, is seeking a Regional AI & Technology Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Levant and Egypt. Based in Amman, you will be the primary face of Hamsa AI to partners and customers, opening new markets and turning early conversations into long‑term accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and Egypt, from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
• Identify and prioritize target industries such as call centres, retail, banking, telecom and healthcare, building a pipeline from scratch.
• Develop and manage relationships with partners, resellers and system integrators to extend market reach.
• Own post‑sale customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, satisfaction and renewal/expansion.
• Represent Hamsa AI at regional industry events, conferences and partner meetings.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and product feedback to internal teams.
• Design and execute territory sales strategy, including pricing, deal structuring and negotiation.
• Track pipeline, forecast accurately and report performance against targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technology sales, B2B SaaS, enterprise software or AI/voice solutions.
• Proven ability to open new markets and close deals in fast‑growth or startup environments.
• Strong network or working knowledge of the Levant and Egypt markets, especially in call‑centre, telecom, banking or enterprise CX sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel across the territory as needed.
