Regional Service Manager – MEA

About the role

Jamesway Chick Master Incubator Company Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the MEA region to lead personnel and project management of installation projects and service requests across its poultry incubation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for service needs within the MEA region.
• Liaise between customer sites, Jamesway offices and production teams.
• Manage installation projects, service requests and conflicting priorities to meet operational objectives.
• Participate in setting and implementing departmental goals.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with internal departments and contribute to lessons‑learned analyses.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Commerce/Business or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in the hatchery, poultry or agriculture industry.
• High self‑discipline and ability to work remotely.
• Ability to travel 25‑50 % of the time with a valid passport and lift up to 50 lb.
