Remote Customer Service Representative for US Restaurant Accounts

About the role

ZayOS is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative based in Jordan to support US restaurant owners who use its online ordering platform. You will handle urgent issues during dinner rushes via phone, email and live chat, ensuring restaurants keep their revenue and tips.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats from restaurant owners and staff.
• Resolve real‑time problems such as missing orders, driver delays, menu pricing errors, and item stock issues.
• Update menus, prices, hours and holiday closures on behalf of owners.
• Guide new owners through the dashboard, tablet and order tracker during their first week.
• Log every issue in the help‑desk system and communicate clear bug reports to engineers.
• Follow up on promised callbacks and ensure issues are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English – non‑negotiable.
• Patience and calmness under pressure during busy restaurant periods.
• Comfortable using software and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, hospitality or a call centre; restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong writing skills for clear email and chat communication.
• A quiet home workspace, reliable computer, stable internet and a headset.
