Risk & Internal Audit Associate (Jordan)

About the role

PwC’s Risk Consulting team in Jordan is looking for an Associate to support clients in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and internal audit engagements. You will work closely with managers and senior staff to design, execute and report on audit and risk projects across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal audit plans, test controls, and report findings to clients.
• Identify key risks, define audit methodology and recommend process improvements.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines and communication with stakeholders.
• Support clients in enhancing internal control maturity and risk management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance or related field.
• 3‑6 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
• Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP or CMA is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analytics tools.
• Experience using audit technologies.
