RPA Support Coordinator

About the role

The RPA Support Coordinator will assist the RPA Support & Monitoring team in ensuring smooth operation of robotic process automation bots and related processes. This hybrid role based in Amman involves coordinating daily support activities, incident tracking, and communication between technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day RPA support activities and monitor bots, processes, and scheduled automation jobs.
• Track incidents, service requests, and production issues, ensuring timely follow‑up and escalation.
• Maintain records of incidents, recurring issues, resolutions and produce periodic operational reports.
• Support coordination of UAT, Go‑Live and post‑Go‑Live activities when required.
• Maintain support documentation, operational procedures, checklists and knowledge records.
• Act as liaison between RPA Support, Development, QA, PMO and Delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in RPA support, technical support, operations or coordination.
• Basic understanding of RPA concepts, production support and incident management.
• Strong organizational, documentation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with SS&C Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms (preferred).
• Proficiency in incident and ticket tracking tools such as Jira, ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced use of MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Ability to monitor SLA compliance and support activity tracking.
