Sales Account Executive – MENA Region

About the role

KnowledgeCity is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to expand its presence across the MENA region. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting client outreach, and delivering tailored e‑learning solution walkthroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential new clients throughout the MENA region through strategic outreach.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments to present customized e‑learning solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth transitions and high customer engagement.
• Develop persuasive pitches and approaches to win new business.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, calls, presentations, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets, preferably in e‑learning, tech or software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
