Sales & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Account Manager to lead our business growth in the Jordanian market. The primary focus of this role is to penetrate the market, acquire new clients, build a strong sales pipeline, develop relationships with key decision‑makers, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market penetration and expand the company’s presence across Jordan.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads, build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct proactive outreach to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and key decision‑makers.
• Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to clients’ recruitment challenges.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
• Develop existing accounts, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Experience selling services or technology solutions; HR‑Tech, SaaS or professional services preferred.
• Strong prospecting ability and skill in reaching key decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and highly driven by results.
• Ability to work independently and build a market from the ground up.
• Fluency in Arabic and a very good command of English.
