Sales Agent

About the role

Jeeny, a leading ride‑hailing platform in the Middle East, is looking for an energetic Sales Agent to boost driver acquisition and activation. You will engage drivers through calls and WhatsApp, encouraging them to register, onboard, and start taking trips on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential drivers via phone and WhatsApp to support registration and onboarding.
• Persuade inactive drivers to resume trips and maintain regular activity.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups, address driver concerns, and build strong relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the internal system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fast learner, disciplined, organized and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Basic English proficiency.
