Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work on‑site in Amman to drive new business for Manageperts, a consulting and business development firm. You will promote the company’s services, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase consulting services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and create promotional content.
• Participate in client training sessions and provide ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in B2B or consulting environments.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve client inquiries.
• Training capability to deliver product or service briefings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with basic office applications and CRM software.
• Willingness to work collaboratively on‑site in Amman.
