Sales and Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Service Engineer to support our cement and heavy‑industry clients. The role combines technical expertise with sales activities to ensure reliable operation of plant machinery while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical assessments and inspections on equipment and machinery to guarantee safety and reliability.
• Manage sales activities for products and services related to cement‑plant machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver complete service and maintenance solutions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and responsive support to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably cement or mining.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, including installation and commissioning.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Leadership ability to supervise a maintenance team.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including to dusty or remote locations.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
