Sales & Commercial Partnerships Manager

About the role

Mada BNPL, Jordan's leading Buy Now, Pay Later fintech platform, is seeking a driven Sales & Commercial Partnerships Manager. You will spearhead merchant acquisition and expand our partner network across Jordan, overseeing the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective merchants to secure commercial agreements.
• Manage end‑to‑end partnership processes, including onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Partnerships team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive a high‑performance sales culture and ensure sustainable business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial targets and managing a partnership pipeline.
• Previous experience leading or managing a sales or partnerships team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
