Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant to join our team in Amman. You will be responsible for driving growth by promoting our business consulting and setup services to both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across the GCC region.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and product demos.
• Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Prepare and submit proposals, follow up on inquiries and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Support clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth hand‑over to operations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate with consulting and operations teams.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and client‑facing experience, preferably in business setup or professional services within the GCC.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a structured, goal‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• CRM or sales‑management tools proficiency.
