Sales Development Representative – MENA Region

About the role
Seesaw is looking for a resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). You will work closely with sales leadership, regional partnership managers, marketing, and local partners to build a pipeline of schools and education stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting across MENA via calls, email, and multi‑channel outreach.
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers in private, international, and group schools.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to direct sales or partner channels.
- Research accounts and develop targeted outreach strategies for multiple countries.
- Collaborate with RPMs, Marketing, and partners (e.g., LTM) to align outreach with regional priorities.
- Support partner‑led opportunities by generating and qualifying pipeline.
- Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Provide insights on regional trends and market feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategy.
- Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and market coverage.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience working across international or diverse markets is a plus.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and strategic outreach.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build pipeline in emerging markets.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple countries, campaigns, and priorities.
- Self‑starter mindset with a focus on results.
