Sales Engineer – SaaS, IT & Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Brixeon is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales Engineer to lead the sales of its SaaS, IT and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate blends strong sales capabilities with a solid technical understanding to engage customers, demonstrate solution value and close deals. This is a target‑driven position measured by revenue generation, new customer acquisition and pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS, IT and cybersecurity solutions across enterprise, government and mid‑market customers.
• Conduct discovery meetings, present and demonstrate solutions, and coordinate proof‑of‑concepts, product trials and technical evaluations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate commercial terms to secure contracts.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline and forecast data while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT managers, cybersecurity managers and procurement teams.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in technology sales, sales engineering or solution sales, preferably with SaaS, IT software, cloud or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets and managing opportunities from engagement to closure.
• Experience selling to enterprise and/or government customers is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working under clearly defined revenue goals.
