Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Irbid showroom. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting offers and financing options, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve monthly targets while ensuring a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers and assess their vehicle requirements.
• Present available models, features, pricing, promotions and financing solutions.
• Follow up leads via phone calls, WhatsApp and showroom visits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications and competitor offerings.
• Support customers throughout the sales journey until the deal is closed.
• Coordinate with internal teams on vehicle availability, documentation, delivery and after‑sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide customer feedback to management.
• Maintain a professional showroom appearance and high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a strong plus.
• Resident of Irbid.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable, confident and customer‑oriented.
• Consistent follow‑up skills and ability to close deals.
• Good knowledge of the Irbid market is advantageous.
