Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

InfinityDigitalJo is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for its digital marketing and IT solutions. Based in Amman, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying prospects, presenting value‑focused proposals, and closing deals that align with measurable performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking events, and meetings.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to customize solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Gather client feedback to help improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Background in solution selling and consultative sales of digital marketing services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑facing presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, collaborate across functions, and meet measurable KPIs.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
