Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires proactive prospecting, effective presentation of the company’s solutions, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Expand market share by targeting specific customer segments and tailoring approaches.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contract conditions to secure profitable deals.
• Track industry developments, competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to management.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development with a record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
