Sales Executive

About the role

ZADD is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business for its accounting and professional services in Jordan. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking and social media.
• Generate new leads, maintain consistent follow‑up and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, and support negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring smooth hand‑over to operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing timely responses to inquiries.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client matters.
• Support marketing campaigns, use LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation, and collaborate on sales materials.
