About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to lead the acquisition and growth of strategic accounts within the digital marketing and MarTech space. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level and marketing leaders, shaping tailored digital growth strategies that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close high‑value corporate clients, focusing on strategic accounts.
• Develop and nurture long‑term partnerships through a consultative sales approach.
• Present complex digital solutions in clear business terms and negotiate contracts.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Analyse marketing KPIs and ROI data to build compelling business cases.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, including AI applications and platform algorithm changes, and incorporate insights into client conversations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level sales experience in a digital marketing agency or MarTech environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets and growing strategic accounts.
• Established network of decision‑makers such as C‑level executives and Marketing Directors.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with KPI and ROI metrics.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
