About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a full‑time Sales Life Insurance professional to join its Amman office. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend appropriate life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting and follow‑up activities.
• Conduct needs‑based assessments and present suitable product options.
• Prepare and submit policy applications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing after‑sales support, policy reviews, and regular client communication.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Basic financial literacy and the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and documentation.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant sales or insurance experience is an advantage.
• High integrity, professionalism and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and work on‑site in Amman.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM or sales‑management systems.
