Sales Life Insurance Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Jordan focuses on selling MetLife life‑insurance solutions to both individual and corporate clients. You will guide customers through product options that match their protection and financial‑planning needs while upholding the company’s ethical, customer‑centric standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect prospective individual and corporate clients.
• Present and explain MetLife life‑insurance products, quotations, and policy details.
• Conduct sales meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to support service quality and business growth.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing life‑insurance business.
• Excellent customer‑relationship and communication skills, able to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly.
• Basic financial literacy and analytical skills to assess product suitability.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple leads and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred; relevant insurance certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services or consultative sales is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
