Sales Life Insurance Specialist

About the role

The Sales Life Insurance Specialist will work on‑site in Amman, engaging prospective and existing clients to assess their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. This full‑time position involves lead generation, client meetings, policy presentation, and guiding customers through the application and underwriting process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
• Schedule, conduct, and follow up on client meetings.
• Present life insurance policy options and explain coverage details.
• Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Monitor policy renewals and provide ongoing customer support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably in insurance, banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
• Basic understanding of life insurance products or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively and keep organized records.
• Proficiency in standard office software and digital CRM tools.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred.
