Sales Manager – AI‑Powered Hiring SaaS (Global)

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling AI hiring platform backed by tier‑1 investors, looking for a Sales Manager to own end‑to‑end sales across global markets. You will hunt new business, build a high‑precision pipeline and close deals for our AI‑powered hiring solution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and own a robust outbound pipeline using calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events and research.
• Maintain 2–3× pipeline coverage at all times and prioritize accounts with data‑driven insights.
• Conduct structured discovery, handle objections, deliver insightful demos and sell ROI, efficiency and business outcomes.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders – HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs and finance – to close small, mid‑size and enterprise deals.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track pipeline health with disciplined reporting.
• Become an expert on the Qureos platform, tailor messaging to industries and personas, and relay customer insights to product and growth teams.
• Utilise HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha/Clearbit for list building, outreach, KPI tracking and sequence automation.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in HR tech, recruitment services or AI‑driven solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Proven track record in consultative and challenger selling methodologies.
• Highly motivated by hitting targets and closing deals.
• Strong discovery, objection handling and value articulation skills.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
• Natural hunter: proactive, energetic and persistent in prospecting.
• Comfortable selling to HR, talent acquisition leaders and senior executives.
