About the role
51Talk is a leading international EdTech company providing top‑quality English language education. We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth and recruit top talent for our operations in Amman, Jordan.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategies and objectives.
- Manage the sales team with on‑site supervision and training to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze sales performance data, design motivational initiatives, and boost team morale.
- Optimize team structure and cultivate a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
- Communicate and execute company policies, provide constructive feedback, and complete tasks assigned by senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and 2 years managing a sales team, preferably in B2C tele‑sales or education.
- Strong communication and team‑management skills, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Highly goal‑oriented with a strong sense of achievement.
- Excellent customer‑service mindset with clear, concise communication.
