Sales Manager – EdTech Telesales Team Lead

About the role

51Talk, a global online English education platform, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead a team of telesales consultants. The role focuses on closing deals, upselling, and driving revenue for our EdTech services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants with a strong focus on closing deals and revenue generation.
• Develop and execute telesales strategies to improve conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales growth.
• Provide continuous coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback to enhance closing skills and objection handling.
• Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify gaps, optimise scripts, and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve lead quality and sales readiness.
• Foster a high‑performance, target‑driven call‑center culture centred on results, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
• Proven track record of managing agents responsible for closing deals.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with sales data analysis and CRM reporting.
