Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our premium offerings across lounges, VIP services, Aerotel, and related products. This position sits at the crossroads of travel, hospitality, and financial partnerships, handling both B2B and B2C segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Prepare revenue budgets and forecasts in coordination with senior leadership.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and passenger targets through strategic business development.
• Expand B2B and B2C portfolios across airlines, banks, financial institutions, travel trade, hotels, corporates, and digital channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, including cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives.
• Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior to adapt strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key partners and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Regional Sales teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Propose competitive pricing strategies and support commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipeline management, and regular reporting.
