Sales Manager

About the role

SorsX is a fast‑growing tech startup building the first truly hands‑free recruiting platform powered by an autonomous AI agent. We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion, generate new business, and nurture client relationships across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demand.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and other prospecting techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow‑ups.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Utilize CRM software to manage pipelines, track interactions, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and client needs.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability in market research, sales forecasting, and developing sales strategies.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working in fast‑changing startup environments.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
