Sales Manager - Telephony system & AI

About the role

CsMena is looking for a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for its cloud communications, UCaaS, CCaaS and AI‑driven customer experience solutions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify enterprise accounts in verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, E‑Commerce and Logistics using multi‑channel outreach.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles (3‑9 months), manage RFP/RFI responses, and negotiate multi‑year contracts.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to deliver demos, PoCs and AI ROI models that showcase conversational AI, voicebots and speech analytics.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline forecasts in Salesforce/HubSpot.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise telecom, cloud telephony (UCaaS/CCaaS) or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
• Experience positioning AI technologies (conversational AI, voice assistants, NLP, speech analytics) is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• 15+ years of experience in ICT and Customer Experience solutions across Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• SIP, WebRTC, Hosted PBX, Cloud Contact Center architectures.
• Conversational AI, voicebots, NLP, speech analytics, real‑time transcription.
• Salesforce, HubSpot CRM.
• REST API integration.
