About the role

AmmanSorsX is an AI‑powered recruitment platform looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Associate to help expand its presence in Jordan and the wider region. This junior position offers meaningful responsibility for a proactive individual who enjoys building relationships and supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, companies and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking events.
• Generate leads, maintain consistent follow‑up and track interactions in a CRM system.
• Introduce SorsX to prospects, support sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build and nurture positive customer relationships.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, events and partnership activities.
• Provide market feedback and suggest improvements for sales and marketing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, engineering or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer relations or a client‑facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organized, confident and eager to learn.
• Comfortable contacting new prospects and following up consistently.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
