About the role
KitchenPark is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Associate to support and enable its regional sales teams. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, accurate, and scalable sales processes while maintaining data integrity across Salesforce and related tools.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and update commission models and ensure accurate, timely calculation and reporting of sales commissions across the Middle East.
- Clean, maintain, and validate Salesforce data to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Support creation, optimization, and documentation of sales workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee inbound lead routing, deal‑stage progression, and handoffs to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolution.
- Configure and troubleshoot sales tools across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to develop tools that align with business strategies.
- Act as liaison between departments to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate data flow.
- Conduct regular audits of sales processes for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and analytical with a proactive mindset.
- Strong ability to optimise workflows and solve operational bottlenecks.
- Experience in monitoring sales team performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance and HR functions.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) data management.
