Sales Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team with day‑to‑day operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth processes across sales, finance, marketing and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Track leads, opportunities, quotations, proposals, and sales pipelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales‑related documents.
• Monitor sales activities and follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, order processing, and invoicing coordination.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or a similar role.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
