Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet health supplements. You will turn hesitant shoppers into satisfied customers by re‑engaging abandoned carts and guiding owners to the right products for their dogs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers who left items in their carts and encourage purchase completion.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and remove uncertainty for pet owners.
• Convert warm leads into sales by building trust, handling objections, and highlighting value.
• Help grow a loyal customer base by turning near‑buyers into repeat purchasers.
• Collaborate with team leaders and use provided training to improve conversion techniques.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter with a passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and home office equipment.
