Sales Representative – Healthcare Services

About the role

The Sales Representative will join Unitedmed‑Jo’s commercial team in Amman, focusing on promoting the company’s healthcare service solutions to medical providers and organisations. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building relationships, presenting offerings and supporting the growth of the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct client visits, deliver sales presentations and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate terms in line with company guidelines and prepare proposals and contracts with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update sales reports regularly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive and ethical sales practices.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical services or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple accounts.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and travel for client visits.
