Sales Representative

About the role

Checkpoint Store is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join its flagship store in Amman. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover culturally inspired puzzles and guiding them to the products that best match their interests.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers, provide product information, and answer questions about puzzle designs.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store environment is organized and inviting.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and support visual merchandising initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships, collect feedback, and share insights with the team.
• Assist with local promotions, events, and collaborations to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Arabic, verbally and in writing.
• Interest in puzzles, games, or Middle Eastern art and culture.
• Willingness to work on‑site, stand for extended periods, and cover peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
