Sales Specialist – Autodesk Construction Cloud

About the role

The Sales Specialist for Autodesk Construction Cloud will drive revenue and market growth for Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro. You will work directly with customers and partners across assigned territories, establishing the product’s presence and achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business plan targeting specific customer segments and industry verticals.
• Develop and implement selling strategies that leverage industry knowledge and technical expertise.
• Conduct best‑practice sessions on Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro to maximize customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
• Act as a product expert, helping clients calculate ROI from their investments.
• Generate and manage both direct and indirect sales pipelines with internal teams and resellers.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and attend events aligned with growth strategies.
• Represent Autodesk in presentations and client meetings.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales quota attainment in the assigned territory.
• Experience selling software to the AECO industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and deep industry knowledge.
