Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join Orjuwan Group’s Amman office to drive new business for the agency’s digital marketing services. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting tailored solutions, and building long‑term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture B2B leads through research and outreach.
• Conduct sales meetings and deliver compelling presentations of Orjuwan’s marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and produce regular sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align sales activities with campaign strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve sales tactics.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Experience in lead generation, pitching services and closing deals.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman with effective time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
