Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, presenting Be Kite Co.’s branding and marketing services to prospective clients, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the branding and marketing sector.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product and service presentations, and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage pipelines using CRM or other sales‑tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, contributing to relationship growth and retention.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, preferably in B2B agency or branding/marketing environments.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
