Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager – CRM & Loyalty Lead

About the role

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of CRM and loyalty programmes to boost revenue, customer lifetime value and profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate commercial objectives into data‑driven, personalised customer journeys across email, SMS, push and in‑app channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the CRM and loyalty strategy, roadmap and business cases aligned with revenue and retention goals.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect and CDP – ensuring platform governance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate advanced features such as Einstein, Datorama and real‑time personalisation.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, driving clear KPIs for acquisition, engagement, retention and cross‑sell.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing, and produce performance reports covering revenue uplift, incremental gross profit and ROI.

• Proven experience leading CRM and loyalty initiatives in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional teams and align technology with business objectives.
