Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on improving organic visibility and search rankings through data-driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and recommend technical improvements.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including content optimization and site structure enhancements.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other web analytics tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to boost user experience and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
