Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day security activities across the port terminal, ensuring that security procedures are consistently applied and that personnel, assets, cargo and facilities are protected.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel during assigned shifts.
• Monitor access control and entry/exit procedures.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Respond to security incidents and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare incident and shift reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and HSSE teams.
• Support emergency and security drills.
• Monitor contractor and visitor access.
• Ensure security posts are adequately staffed.
• Coach and supervise security personnel.
• Support security investigations and evidence gathering.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant security experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in port, logistics, industrial or critical‑infrastructure security is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong communication and incident‑management skills.
