Senior 3D Artist / Architectural Designer

About the role

The MIS Group team is looking for a Senior 3D Artist/Architectural Designer to create high‑quality 3D models, textures, renders and animations for a range of clients and industries. The role blends artistic creativity with technical expertise to deliver photorealistic visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Model detailed 3D objects, environments and vehicles for events, exhibitions and digital media.
• Develop realistic textures, materials and shaders; produce high‑resolution renders for print, web and multimedia.
• Utilise advanced rendering engines (V‑Ray, Arnold, Redshift) to generate photorealistic visuals and animations.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging 3D assets.
• Maintain an organised 3D asset library and optimise models for performance across platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Visual Arts or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in 3D modelling, texturing, rendering and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality work for events and exhibitions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya or Cinema 4D.
• Experience using V‑Ray, Arnold or Redshift rendering engines.
• Knowledge of lighting, materials and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro (a plus).
