Senior Account Executive

About the role

The Senior Account Executive acts as the backbone of client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and maintaining a high‑energy presence for clients. You will be the go‑to partner for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving strategic discussions and contributing to creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead and eventually lead creative briefings, reviews, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior account managers and directors to meet annual agency objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and emerging conversations.
• Address negative comments and protect brand reputation.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align social media calendars with product launches, ad campaigns, and brand messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools, optimizing timing for reach and engagement.
• Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and produce regular performance reports.
• Create and edit visual assets while maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, social media, or advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Experience using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Basic campaign planning and oversight.
