Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join Unifonic’s sales team. In this remote position you will drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with strategic B2B clients across the AI‑native customer experience and telecom sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new enterprise leads in the MENA region and beyond.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase Unifonic’s conversational AI and Agentic Studio solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and account status in the CRM system.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and upsell opportunities to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to craft tailored solutions and resolve client issues.
• Track market trends and provide feedback to shape the company’s market perception.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the information technology or telecom industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop territories, generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
