About the role

Rubix Studio is seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Engineer to design, integrate, and deploy AI capabilities across its product portfolio. The role focuses on turning AI concepts into production‑ready features while collaborating closely with software developers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI‑powered applications using Python.
Integrate existing machine‑learning models into Rubix Studio products.
Build backend services and APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Design solutions involving LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, AI agents, computer vision, OCR, document intelligence, and predictive ML.
Prepare and process data for model training and evaluation.
Convert prototypes into production‑grade features and deploy them on cloud or on‑premise environments.
Monitor AI services for performance, reliability, and cost.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years developing or deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong Python programming and software‑development practices (APIs, databases, testing, Git, clean code).
Fluency in English and Arabic.
