Senior AI Engineer

About the role

Digital Gates is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to transform cutting‑edge AI capabilities into practical, high‑impact solutions. You will own the full AI/ML lifecycle, from concept and development to production deployment and continuous improvement, delivering value at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑powered applications using large language models (LLMs), agent‑based systems, and other machine‑learning models.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI projects, covering data preparation, model development, secure deployment, and performance optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions.
• Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency while monitoring production systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
