Senior Architect – Hotels & Hospitality

About the role

Rasmi & Kiwan Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of hotel and hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of 4‑ and 5‑star hotel projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams including structural, MEP, fire protection, civil defense, and interior design.
• Manage BIM models, ensure accurate multidisciplinary coordination, and maintain project model integrity.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve high‑quality project delivery.
• Liaise with governmental authorities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and licensing.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in hotel and hospitality architecture within the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Ministry of Tourism regulations, hotel licensing, classification standards, and operator approval processes.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Expertise in multidisciplinary coordination and project model management.
