Senior Audit & Assurance – External Audit (JRC – KSA)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior professional in Audit & Assurance to lead external audit engagements for the Jordanian Resources Center serving the KSA market. The role involves building trust with stakeholders, delivering high‑quality audit services, and applying innovative technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client expectations, regulatory impact, and risk management to shape audit scope and procedures.
• Coordinate with on‑shore and off‑shore Centres of Excellence, track deliverables, and ensure timely linkage of risks, controls, and findings.
• Prepare audit documentation, anticipate reviewer questions, and distinguish accounting judgments from audit judgments.
• Apply AI tools and prompt‑engineering techniques to improve audit efficiency while exercising professional scepticism.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting (graduate degree preferred) with 4+ years of public audit experience, preferably at a Big Four firm.
• International accounting qualification desired (CA, ACCA, CPA).
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English candidates preferred.
• Ability to travel to KSA when needed and work onsite in Amman.
